Here We Go...

It's the end of 2009 and I thought I would begin to share my thoughts and experiences with anyone that might be interested. I will begin by archiving some of my experiences from our first year, as well as interject the latest news from the team and what I have going on as I train for 2010 and hit the road as an advocate of cycling and diabetes.
